How long does it take to complete an order?

Custom orders take 3 to 5 days to process, depending on the item purchased.

Can I test inner G before buying a backpack?

If you'd like to see how inner G ballistic resistance works, feel free to purchase the Kevlar sample, follow the instructions and test the sample with any projectile that's less than 1450 fps. 

What should I do if there is a problem with my custom order?

How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping usually takes 5 to 7 days. You'll be notified when your order has shipped, and you will provided the tracking number. 

How long does inner G ballistic-resistance last?

Kevlar is durable stuff, as long as it's not subjected to direct sunlight. We'd suggest getting a new inner G liner every 3-5 years.
